No More Itsy Bitsy Spiders & Asthma!

Thank you so much for your generous gift to our classroom! We now have two brand-new vacuum cleaners—and while that might not sound glamorous to everyone, to us, it's made such an impact.

Some were amazed that we had "real" equipment like the grown-ups use! There were lots of "Oohs" and "Wows" when they saw the vacuums and they immediately wanted to try them out. It was heartwarming to see them so enthusiastic about something that teaches life skills and community care.

Right now, we're working on building good classroom habits, and these vacuums are helping us learn responsibility, teamwork, and pride in our space. Our next step is to create a classroom job chart where students rotate as "Clean-Up Captains." They're so excited to take on those roles and keep our room looking great every day.

Thank you again for your kindness. You didn't just give us cleaning tools—you gave my students a way to feel empowered, helpful, and proud of their environment. That's a lesson they'll carry with them for a long time.”
