This project was was helpful in teaching our student about mental health, practice mindfulness and develop coping skills. The students who are enjoying the book the most are the "over thinkers". They are happy to learn more about themselves and how they can be proactive with dealing with different life stressors.

The students learned different ways of meditating, putting these feelings into words and creating action plans. Thank you for making a positive life changing experience for our students who are getting ready for college and beyond.”
