My students come from all walks of life. Some need a space to jump and get wiggles out, while others need a safe space to feel snug. When their emotions get out of control, we use sensory spaces to take a break and re-center their minds and bodies. This zone is a calming area for students who's home lives may not feel calm, and an understanding space where they can take what they need (whether that is a hug, a spin, or a minute to watch a calming view).

About my class
