We truly appreciate your kindness and generosity in helping to meet the needs of our students. Our project "Oops, I had an accident" was created with the purpose of giving the students a safe space for when they forget to listen to their bodies and have accidents they know, we have their backs! We want our students to know that accidents happen and that our support goes beyond teaching Math, ELA or any other subject.
We want to build and practice empathy, compassion and trust in our students. Hence, we have our student's best interest at heart. They need to feel safe, nurtured and loved; and reassuring that their physical/social/emotional wellbeing is our priority will help us foster those feelings.”
