Bookbind Extravaganza!

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the book binding machine that we were able to get thanks to your donations.

This item has greatly impacted my writing class. It has give my students a new motivation for writing stories. We have just started binding our pages and we are creating beautiful products that my students are eager to share. Seeing their work in the shape of a book has giving them inspiration to keep writing. Some students are even rewriting their pieces to improve their stories and illustrations before binding!

So far we have taken our books to an Elementary classroom where my students read their legends, poems, narratives, and fables to younger students. And they've also shared with them the experience of binding their own books. It has been a very rewarding experience both for my students and their younger reading partners.”
