Flexible Seating for a Group of Spunky First Graders

I cannot tell you how thrilled I am that this project has been fully funded. I have been teaching for many years, but my current class has given me a run for my money. I've had to dig deeper than ever before. I want each and every one of my students to be successful. I'm hoping that flexible seating options will allow these young children (who don't know how to sit still) the very best opportunity to learn!”

I have so many kiddos that constantly need to be moving. They can't sit in a seat for even 15-30 minutes some times. I would like for my classroom to fit the needs of my students. I want my kids to be able to choose a seating option that will encourage them to be successful learners in my classroom. Having the option of flexible seating will decrease unwanted behavior in the room which will help all of my students reach their full potential in first grade. There are so many options out there and I'm excited to try some in my room.
