I greatly appreciate the help you have provided to allow the teaching of Hawaiin Culture through Reading to my students. As an elementary teacher I have the ability to open the minds of young students to the history and culture that surrounds us on the Big Island of Hawaii. Having a color printer will allow me to use realistic, colorful handouts and illustrations which seem to get lost in black and white images. One can see the excitement in children's eyes when they first see the things around us that shape our lives. I greatly appreciate your donation and look forward to starting the unit.”
