Coping for Students

Our items were used to share various ways students can cope with the emotions they experience. Some of the methods of coping shared included journaling, using fidgets, calming strips and coloring books. Many were intrigued by the calming strips as it was a new coping strategy. These items were given away during our school's mental health club meeting and when this club hosted events at school. Students were appreciative of the items. Thank you for your support with this project. It was truly appreciated.”
