I am an early childhood education teacher in Brooklyn, NY. My students are predominantly English Language Learners coming from a community with various socioeconomic backgrounds. I teach in a Pre-k classroom and for a majority of my students it’s their first time ever in a school setting. My hope is that with your donations I can create a welcoming and safe, calming environment for my students each and every day.
