Many of our students rely on snacks and food provided by our staff in order to thrive on a daily basis. After your shipment arrived, they knew that we had the ability to provide them with the kinds of healthy snack options they look forward to eating.
Secondly, it was truly an eye-opening experience to receive the support our Donors gave. As public school educators, we often forget that we can ask for help in order to make our students' lives a little better. Typically we close out classroom doors and make the magic happen without considering the wealth of support that exists outside the classroom.
Finally, our students are so appreciative and were so excited to receive our snacks that they have begun looking into other ways to use donors choose. This kind of self actualization is something that is a critical component to what we do in our classroom. We appreciate the support and look forward to future opportunities to provide for our students with your help.”
