Replenish! Replenish!
Funded Mar 6, 2025I just really want to take a moment to thank you for your generous donations. My student will be so excited for their new dollhouse and dolls. They will also love their play-doh too and will be so happy to use it. I really appreciate your generosity to our classroom. Thank you again!”

Fund Fun Friday
Funded Sep 19, 2024My class and I cannot thank you enough for your generosity and thoughtfulness. We were so excited when our teacher told us that we were getting new puzzles, sensory items, pop-it's, and markers. Our teacher was even more excited to get the cleaning wipes.
Our class has a system in place where we can earn "Fun Friday!" We do this by earning compliments each week. We can get these compliments from our prep teachers-gym, art, library. We can also earn two compliments if we are on our best behavior during lunch and recess. After we receive our ten compliments, we get to have "Fun Friday!" During Fun Friday, we are able to play with different games that our teachers have. Before your generosity, our class only had two puzzles to play with. This became a bit of an issue because of course we all wanted to play with the puzzles-and let's face it, we don't really share too well at this point at our age. After the donation, we now now have the choices of the puzzles we want to play with. Our favorite ones so far are the solar system and the insect one.
Our class is so cool. Our teachers, have it set up so neatly and they even incorporated a cozy corner. At first, we didn't know what a cozy corner was. But, then we started talking a lot about feelings and emotions. We learned that the cozy corner is a place that we can go to when we are not feeling happy or if we feel like need a break. Our cozy corner had bean bags in it before and a book that talked about feelings. But, because our teachers wanted us to have choices of things that would help us calm down they added sensory items and pop-its to their wish list. These tools do help us when we are feeling frustrated, mad, or upset. We sit on the bean bags and pop the bubbles in the pop-it's or move around the beads to calm us down. We appreciate these sensory tools and the generosity provided for us to use.
We are so thankful that you not only provided surprises for our class to use, but that you also provided the cleaning wipes for our teachers. Our teachers were so excited and grateful when they opened up the package and saw the wipes inside. Our classroom is kept so neat and clean. My teachers wipe the desks everyday not only to make sure that our classroom is kept neat and clean, but to help keep the amount of germs that we share to a minimum. We do tend to make a mess in the morning after we eat breakfast and then again in the afternoon when we finish our snacks! It made us happy to see our teachers smile and get so excited about their surprise too!
Once again, we would like to express our deepest gratitude for your wonderful contribution to our classroom. It has already made such an impact on our "Fun Fridays" as well as helping us regulate our emotions and feelings. Thank you from the bottom of our heart!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Booth
