  • Mindfulness Breathing and Relaxation

    The Breathe2Relax app has a meaningful impact on students' mental health in the classroom, particularly for IEP students who experience stress while working on math problems. By guiding students through breathing exercises, the app helps them regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and improve focus. This, in turn, fosters greater confidence, enhances problem-solving skills, and creates a more supportive learning environment. The availability of an iPad for this purpose, especially with the school's cellphone ban, provides students with a dedicated tool to practice self-regulation strategies that extend beyond the classroom, promoting their overall well-being.
