Student Success Starts with Organization!

Thank you so much for your contribution to our classroom. Our students were overjoyed when they discovered their new binders. When the binders arrived, we created clear expectations for their binder setup and expectations on the use and respect for their materials. These binders ensure that students can easily access their notes, whether for studying or during class.

Overall, thanks to you, this project was a success. Students are learning organizational skills that will help them succeed in high school and beyond. They are essentially curating their own Earth and Space Science textbook. We have seen an increase in classroom engagement and their Earth and Space science knowledge since the implementation of their binders.

Previously, we found that students were not able to keep track of their notes, and when the entire course is reliant on the notes students take, this was a huge issue. Not only has this project impacted the students, but it has impacted my co-teacher and I as well.”
