Our students love to create and show their talents in many way's. Our Junk Journaling crafting club gives all students the ability to accomplish this. As a title 1 school our students thrive on afterschool activities to make friends and be apart of a club or activity. Our students enjoy creating and this paper craft is wonderful for them to express themselves, and they have journal that they can write in or gift to someone. Junk Journaling is not about straight lines, its about the process, ripping paper, gluing images from magazines etc. and creating a work of art. Sharing my love of this craft with our students brings me such joy. They are very talented and will teach a class as well to show other students a new concept that they learned (ex. how to create your own stickers). And wow the talent they all have! Thank you for any help you can provide to our students!
