  • Our Journey with The Wild Robot Continues

    Funded Oct 3, 2024

    Thank you so much for your contribution to our classroom. Students have enjoyed reading The Wild Robot and comparing it to the recently released film! We completed reading this book on September 27 and then some of the students and I met to enjoy the movie the next day! Everyone that saw the movie said that the book was so much better. One of the students stated "there was minimal character development in the movie, also I wish some of the characters from the book had a bigger part in the movie".

    We enjoyed this book so much that we have started the second book and are nearly finished with it. We are excited to see how the story ends and if Roz and Brightbill will make it home!

    When we start the new year, January 2025, we will begin reading the third and final book in the series "The wild Robot Protects".”
