Warm and Welcoming Counseling Office!

It has been so exciting to make my office more inviting and calming for students.

Students get excited to come in and say hi, chat, and grab a snack. It allows students, who might otherwise not come in, take a leap of faith and stop by. I always tell them to come in and grab some candy! I enjoy getting to know everyone and putting their faces to their names.

The inviting atmosphere has definitely brought more and more students into my office! They get excited and bring their friends by too! I love that they have a place in school that is comfortable and relaxing. Students stop by throughout their busy day to take a break, grab a snack, or just say hi!

It has been really nice being able to offer new chairs and lots of candy and snacks!

The kids certainly enjoy and appreciate it!”
