  • Bringing LEGO Robotics to BSSJ

    Funded Mar 21, 2025

Thank you for your generosity. Through this donation my students will be able create robots. Without your help we would not be able to continue this work! My students look forward to working with these kits. These kits will ensure that my students can create the robot of their dreams!”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Wright

  • Engineering and Technology in the Classroom with LEGO Sets!

    Funded Dec 24, 2024

Due to your generous donation, my students were able to create robots out of legos. Without this donation, we would not be able to do this amazing work after school. My students were so excited to begin working with the lego spike kit. They were able to program the kits to follow a black line based on the motion sensor. They will continue to program their robots to follow various scenarios that we will devise as a club. Through your generosity, my students can continue to reach for the sky on engineering whatever they want to.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Wright

  • Mental Health Through STEM

    Funded Sep 17, 2024

Students were so thrilled when they got the lego spike kit. It was such a different experience for my students to be able to begin constructing lego robots. One of my students immediately went to work constructing the safe lego. It took him some time in order to program it correct but when he finally was able to get the safe to open through coding he was so thrilled. Thank you for giving my students the opportunities to use these resources. It has exposed them to things previously not offered in my school.

The next step of the project is to continue having my students build further robots using the lego kits. Thanks so much for your generosity.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Wright
