  • Teacher Pay Teachers Gift Card

    Funded Oct 18, 2024

I wanted to take a moment to share how your donation has helped support my classroom. Having a Teacher Pay Teacher gift card has opened up my options for choosing resources that benefit and serve my students in their various needs.

One group of students is working on modified math skills. It has been so helpful to have activities that they can work on for independent practice that review skills they've already learned while also introducing new concepts bit by bit.

I have also been able to set up self-regulation zones/stations in my classroom and train students on how to use them when they are feeling disregulated and need some space and time to reset. This is something I've wanted to do all year! Thank you for making it possible!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Cinti

  • Learning to Read and Reading to Learn

    Funded Feb 28, 2025

I am beyond excited and grateful to have this reading project funded. My students are loving having choice when it comes to their reading, and I am delighted to be able to offer them more options. I am also thrilled to have more resources to support my students who have challenges with executive functioning and social skills. Having these books is going to be so beneficial to our continued learning and growth. Thank you immensely for your support!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Cinti

  • Leveled Books for Struggling Readers

    Funded Oct 18, 2024

Thank you so much for funding books for my classroom. It's been great to have a variety of interesting material to introduce to my students and to be able to even send copies home for extra practice. I've even had student parents reporting that their kids are reading more at home, and they've noticed the progress. I'm also noticing the overall growth in their reading and academics.

The kids are now so excited about reading that they've given me a list of future topics they'd like to read about.🥰

Thank you so much for helping ignite their interest in reading and helping them see themselves as readers.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Cinti

  • It's All Fun and Games Until You Realize You're Learning

    Funded Oct 18, 2024

Thank you so much for your generous contribution to my game project for my classroom. When I started the year off in my new classroom, there wasn't much in the way of fun activities to offer my students. Now, thanks to you, I have a variety of options, and we haven't even played them all yet!

I've been utilizing game time with students as a way to practice social skills, encourage team and friendship building, and building teacher-student bonds. I've had moments where students come into my classroom demoralized and emotionally shut down, but when we take a little break to play a game, they perk up and are ready to reengage with other people and their learning.

I just wanted to let you know that funding this project is having a positive impact on the students in my classroom. It helps them know that people care about them and helps them let loose and connect.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Cinti
