Boxing as Stress Relief

Thank you so much for your help in acquiring some boxing equipment for use in our school.

From the moment we set up the equipment it was a "hit" with the students. Pun intended.

We have more than a dozen students make use of these each class on an almost daily basis. It is wonderful in helping students get out some aggression and pent up energy.

It has been so popular that we even have kids brining their own boxing gloves from home so they can train better. It is far more successfully than I could have possibly hoped.”
