This is the perfect time of year for students to learn about how different types of exercises impact heart rate and cardiovascular fitness. As many families are creating New Years goals and resolutions, students will have a much better understanding of how to create their own physical fitness oriented goals. The students will carry their bodies for the rest of their lives. You've just helped give them a resource that will help them better understand how their own bodies work and hopefully make a lifetime of healthier choices!
