I would like to give a great thanks to the donors that contributed to the joy that my students experienced creating using clay. They got the opportunity to use clay to create something in 3-D. They were extremely excited to learn how clay is made, then to use it during class.
We used the clay for three different projects. The first project was a Dia de los muertos project creating decorative skulls. The students also learned about the Mexican celebration durning Halloween. The second project we did with the clay was making cups and bowls. The students learned how ancient cultures made all this from the clay the ground. They really enjoyed adding their own personalities to their cups and bowls. Students made Disney and Nintendo inspired mini sculptures such as lilo and stich, and Mario. I hope that you enjoy the work that my students created.”
