These books that you purchased are to be used with students across kindergarten to fifth grade to support with decoding. Decoding practice is for students are acquiring their sounds and need extra practice to become fluent. Through your support, we now have high interest and high engaging decodable books.   Wow! I can't believe how fast this project was filled! Through your support, our idea for a project was brainstormed and submitted on Monday, filled on Monday and supplies were in students' hands by Thursday.

  Students have been using the materials for their informational research reports. They are using the post-its to take notes and the books to publish their stories. You instantly made 250 students lives more exciting during writing time.

  Thank you so much for supporting teachers grow! Through this project, we have been able to support writing leads in each grade level through instructional focused learning all year long. These leads, not only support their grade level partners through horizontal support and growth, but also as a vertical community of writing leads. We have used these resources to learn together to support our writers just where they are at on the writing continuum and also brainstorm ways to include joy and identity in all that we in our writing communities.
