Funded Dec 12, 2024Technology plays a significant role in supporting mental health in schools by offering a variety of tools and resources that help students learn how to manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges.
My students are using several apps that is designed specifically to help my students manage their mental health. My students like using the Headspace, Calm, or MindShift provide guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, and coping mechanisms for dealing with stress and anxiety. These app are being used in before I start the lesson.
I feel it's a great to before we start the day. They follow the mediation apps and they stay calm and relax. I'm teaching my students to stay focus and everything will work out. My students enjoy doing the exercises. Great way to start the day.”
