Having a creative outlet while learning about careers is something my students look forward to in my College and Career Awareness class. Every time I pull out supplies to do a hands-on project the students get excited at the possibilities. These high quality and fun sewing supplies light the excitement in my students to be creative as they explore careers and increase their manual dexterity while making a sewing project. When students are excited about the project then it seems more like play and they are more productive and engaged. The sewing tools help the beginning sewers to have a more positive experience and maintain the flow of things because many of the items break with normal wear and tear and the occasional accident. By having these supplies, I can keep machines running and my students moving forward.
