Third Grade Cozy Calming Corner

I wanted to sincerely thank you for supporting the calming corner I have been able to create in my third grade classroom this fall. My students are such special little people, and the space and materials you helped to provide are used every single day in our room. Students use fidgets at their desks, they process and calm down from big emotions while sitting in our cozy chair, they are able to stay in the room and continue to listen and absorb the learning going on even when they feel overwhelmed, they use the posters on the wall to communicate their experiences and needs, they use the art supplies to draw about their days... the list goes on and on. Your generosity has helped to create a culture of empathy and safety within our classroom, and u am so grateful!”
