My classroom is full of amazing students, but from the outside looking in you may feel otherwise. But imagine being the kid whose past always follows you and no matter what, how, or what you do, you can never escape how people see you. Well In my class we love based on the right now, now granted they may not be perfect but everyday is a new day and we can’t hold into those days or you will never see progression. In my classroom you have the kids whom struggle with social skills, or anger management, and they are wanting to learn to be better and less of who they were. I even have kids who are not in my classroom who I support because our team loves them all, we have a heart that goes beyond just our classroom kids and to anyone who needs help. It’s so funny because once any kid experience our teams love it changes so much and you meet a new kid everyday, I literally get hugs all day and it makes a difference so much.
