Headed to First Grade: Year One, Grade One!
Funded Oct 21, 2024I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the generous donation of supplies and tools for my first-grade classroom. Your thoughtful contributions, including Who Was books, storage bins, Clorox wipes, answer buzzers, pouches pencil boxes, art supplies, and more have made a significant impact on my students and our classroom environment. These items will not only help keep our space organized and clean but also enrich our learning experiences in so many ways.
The new technology and materials you provided have already begun to make a difference. The Who Was books are especially exciting for my students as they help foster a love of reading while teaching them about inspiring historical figures. Additionally, the answer buzzers have added a fun and interactive element to our lessons, encouraging participation and engagement in a way that's both educational and enjoyable. My students are thrilled with these new additions, and it's been wonderful to watch them dive into learning with such enthusiasm.
The art supplies such as the new colorful paper and brushes have been in constant use. It's allowed my students to express their creativity in ways that without it, their expression was limited. These new tools have helped so many blossom and grow. In fact, they made their family Christmas gift with the paper and lamination sheets donated. Art is now thrilling their lives and it's been such a pleasure watching it grow!
As we continue to use these amazing tools, I can already see how they are helping my students grow. Technology, like the new resources, is allowing my students to connect with content in more dynamic ways, and it's exciting to watch them explore new ideas. The storage bins and pouches are providing organization that helps us stay on top of classroom activities, which makes a big difference in our daily flow. Thank you again for your generosity—your support is making a meaningful difference in my students' educational journey.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Bychkov
