Classroom Books and Other Essentials

Wow! What a wonderful surprise to see our classroom project fulfilled all by one amazing donor! My class and I were filled with joy when we saw that the project was paid for. Our classroom received chapter books and graphic novels from our "want to read" list. We also received all of the OBOB books (Oregon Battle of the Books) so we can now read and prepare for the battle in January.

We can't wait to use the supplies you bought us to make "calming bottles". Fifth grade can be very stressful with all the testing we do. Learning to breathe deeply and find ways to calm our nerves is important for all of us. We will be making these bottles filled with slow moving liquid and glitter to remind us to slow down and try our best when things get hard.
