  • Fill the Library

    Thank you so very much for your generosity. The shelves of the library were enhanced by this batch of books. The students were thrilled and most of the books were checked out immediately. The fervor for these titles and books was exciting.

    I had promised new titles for everyone to enjoy, but the waiting is often too much to bear for them. :) This project was so special to me, because I really tried to match up the titles with the requests from each grade level. The results were happy children and that was a win for everyone. Many thanks.”

  • Literacy for All

    Your generous contributions supplied our school with the newest dictionaries. All the students will have access to a dictionary because the variety available and funded with your assistance.

    The entire 5th grade team were supplied classroom editions. Other grade levels took advantage and also took dictionaries back to their rooms for instruction. The library now has multiple copies and types of dictionaries. The goal is to make sure each student knows how to use the dictionary off-line and in school.

  • Mindful Learning and Awareness

    Funded Aug 14, 2024

    Thank you again for your generosity and consideration. We have started our Mindful Learning and Awareness project here at school. Students grades 2nd through 5th have been able to opt in to this program to increase their mental and emotional wellness.

    While we are just barely started, students have an excitement for this endeavor and many signed up despite other choices. The students were thrilled to see the supplies purchased for this purpose.

    The goal is to allow students to use movement and awareness of their physical state to release the pressures of the day to day life. This program is designed for students to get in touch with their quiet side and explore their own self-awareness.

    We are embarking on a journey that should help support their wellness and balance throughout this year and beyond.
