A Story Adventure for Little Learners
Funded Aug 25, 2024Words cannot express how grateful our preschool class is for your generous donation of early childhood reading materials. Since receiving the the reading materials, it has provided a hands-on, interactive space that fosters early literacy skills by allowing my students to actively engage with stories through visual manipulation, enhancing their comprehension, vocabulary development, and storytelling abilities, especially for my kinesthetic learners while promoting creativity and imagination through play-based learning.
As soon as one of my students saw the new rug she said, " I love the smiley rug. Can you read a story?" They enjoy participating more in storytelling by manipulating the felt pieces and puppets, making their experience more engaging and memorable.
