  • Snack Attack!

    Thank you for helping me support and feed my kiddos! They have greatly appreciated it and have been beyond thankful. They were so excited when they saw the boxes of snacks within our classroom. The snacks helped motivate them to earn their PBIS dollars to "purchase" the snacks themselves. A lot of these students have never been able to experience purchasing anything of their own, so they were able to apply life skills by counting their PBIS dollars and saving them.

    Your donations helped them feel secure in my classroom. They knew if they informed me in some way that they didn't get breakfast or were hungry, they could always get something to eat. This helped promote engagement within my classroom because they felt secure, safe, and knew that their basic needs would be met when they entered my room. It also has helped with attendance as well! Thank you for everything you've done to support my class!”

We start our mornings utilizing the stem bins and we also utilize them when we finish our work early. When students come in hungry, they know they can simply ask for a snack to help them feel more comfortable.
