My students were very caring and worked as a Team. I had 5 classes. At first they were standoffish with each other. By January they worked, as a Team. I had a diverse group of students, and they all Respected each other; regardless of what they identified as. This made my job very easy. The main goal was Literacy, when it came to understanding how the Equipment; and Production takes a Team effort. My class next year, will increase with 10 extra students. Making it 35, per 5 classes. I'm excited to have more Students.
