    The impact in my classroom has been gratifying to see how students are motivated to complete tasks, to participate because that is how they will receive a prize or snaps for their effort. In addition, when many students need to discuss a situation, problem or their grades, there is the coffee area where they feel confident to talk and find solutions. Additionally, students are motivated because they have materials to complete their tasks... but there is still a lot to do.
