  • Hip Hip Hooray for Reading!

    Thank you so much for your generous support, which truly will transform our classroom environment. Your contributions have allowed us to introduce a diverse selection of new texts that are enriching my students' learning experiences in remarkable ways. Each book brings its own set of skills and lessons, from critical thinking and comprehension to empathy and cultural awareness. These books also offer a range of reading levels for my students. I hope this donation will inspire my students to read more! My students are learning to analyze characters, explore themes, and engage in thoughtful discussions, all of which are vital components of their educational growth.

    In our classroom, reading is a dynamic and interactive experience. We start each session with engaging discussions to connect the book's themes to our students' lives, followed by group activities that encourage collaboration and deeper understanding. It's heartening to see particular students flourish with these new texts. The impact of these new books on our students is profound, and it's all thanks to your support.

    The headphones will help those students that are lower in their reading skills. They help my students to see the words as the books are being read to them online. These headphones will give my students confidence and I hope spark that light for reading!”
