Learning to Read Through Games and Fun
Funded Sep 25, 2024My students were so excited when our giant boxes of reading games arrived. We started out with the rhyming tree and the race track syllable games. The students latched on to them quickly and can play them independently. It's a nice addition to our usual learning routines. I'm so grateful for your support of our learning and development. These hands-on activities are a fun way for students to apply the patterns and skills we're learning in a social context. We are excited to continue exploring the resources this year.”

Supplies for Fun and Learning in 3rd Grade
Funded Apr 28, 2024Your donation helped fund a project with supplies I use daily! The anchor chart paper is expensive and I use it to co-create artifacts of our learning with my students. We make posters of strategies, discussions, etc. and students can reference them during independent work, assessments, and lessons. My kids were so excited when they saw the new games. Guess who is used during indoor recess and for breaks constantly. Apples to apples is fun and encourages students to make connections and think creatively.
Thank you for your generous support!”
