My students and I can't begin to thank you enough for the generosity you gave us. The student's began their life skills by following directions and working as a team to assemble the greenhouse. They worked in teams so everyone got a opportunity to work on the greenhouse. After the greenhouse was assembled the students then began setting the timer for our seeds to have plenty of light to grow properly. We then spent a few days learning about seeds, when to plant, how to plant, etc. After the lesson the students got to pick which plant they wanted to grow. They had to read the back of the package and follow the directions of depth and watering.

I apologize there are no photos of the students assembling the greenhouse. My phone died and I had to purchase a new one and lost photos.

Many of the students are already planning a small garden for the summer.

As a teacher I can't begin to show my gratitude and appreciation of the gift for my classroom. I am ready to continue teaching the students about harvesting and preserving.
