This project was a huge success! The children had so much fun predicting what might happen, learning about the growth process of chickens and sustainability in local food production.

The best part of this project was just how much the students grew to love learning and the scientific process. Hands on time with the eggs and chicks really improved their understanding of the life cycle. This love of learning and curiosity about science will follow these students as they continue their educational journey. Hatching chicks is not an activity they will soon forget.”
