With the new ice cream machines, we have embarked on an exciting culinary project that integrates science and creativity. Recently, my students had the opportunity to use the machines to make their own ice cream from scratch. They explored different flavors and ingredients, learning about the science behind freezing and the chemistry of combining various components. This hands-on approach not only enhanced their understanding of the subject but also ignited their enthusiasm for learning through cooking.
