Sounds, Syllables, Sentences...Oh My!
Funded Feb 14, 2025I immediately made use of the materials that were donated to our classroom. The use of dry erase boards provided my students with more specified tools like the lined white boards. The lined white boards helped all the age groups in forming their letters properly. The paddle white boards were used to help learn the sounds of words and break down syllables in bigger words. In addition, they are are easy to handle for younger learners. My students especially liked the magnetic hearts and circles to help with high frequency words ans blending the sounds of words.
The key to these materials is that they are engaging for ALL students and ALL learners.
The teacher resources has helped add variety to my already existing lessons. Students always need extra ways to practice their learning and these resources will support that.”
With gratitude,
