An Apple for the Teacher
Funded Apr 2, 2024Having this MacBook Air has allowed me to participate in Professional Development opportunities to further my education. I am excited to share all I have learned through this Professional Development with my team and provide effective research based strategies that will best support student learning. Teachers will be able to take these evidence based strategies into their individual classrooms, to help them teach more effectively and promote higher student success. With the knowledge gained through this MacBook Air, we can work together as a team to lead our students to brighter futures and greater accomplishments. Thank you so much for your generous donation that will change so many students' lives!”

Funded Jan 30, 2024I think my students are now better prepared to face the storms. We are now entering the season for storms that impact our area the most. My students worked very hard brainstorming about ways to stay safe and to eliminate some of their worries. In our discussions, we were able to understand a lot about weather and weather patterns. We learned more about seasons and how the weather changes in each season. I think my students biggest takeaway was understanding the why and how some areas are impacted more. The student signs to help others were very informative and creative. All in all, my students learned some valuable information studying about severe weather that impacts us the most. Thank you for being a part of this classroom learning experience.”
