  • Coming Together Around the Table

    Funded May 24, 2024

    Ps 100Q's students would like to shout out a great big thank you to everyone who helped with this project. Now everyone has an appropriate sized seat around our tables. There are no more arguments over who is getting the taller chair. It has also allowed me to move around the classroom much more freely while helping students without falling over or maneuvering around big bulky chairs.

    The students are able to push the whole stool under the table for when we do gallery walks or when we are changing stations during labs. It has also allowed the students who would like to stand behind the table to work the option to do so without crowding the room with furniture. Swiveling around is a breeze when they need to refer to the board or a chart.

    My students love them and I love them so again Thank you from all of us here at PS 100.”
