Graphic Novel Library Expansion

Thank you so very much for you timely contribution to our Library Expansion project. Your donation allowed us to secure several complete manga series' to add to our library. All of which were student chosen and desired.

After receiving the books, I promptly placed them on the book shelf where they have quickly taken off! In fact, they were in almost too much demand! As my students finished the early volumes they were lent out to neighboring classrooms from varying grades. Our 8th grade classroom library has become the "manga center" for the students across middle school.

This project has allowed me to bring high interest books to my students and any opportunity to get the kids interested in reading something is a big win. There is nothing quite like seeing them hungry for the next volume in a series or excited to connect with peers reading the same book.
