Continuing Regulating "Big" Emotions!
Funded Jan 24, 2024It is with great gratitude and appreciation that I submit this impact letter to you for your kindness and willingness to give, toward 'Continuing Regulating "Big" Emotions.' With the bins that were donated, our students have been able to learn how to self-identify and regulate their emotions through fun, evidence-based strategies. These resources have been a positive influence on our students as they have been able to participate more fully in school as well as build more positive relationships with their teachers and peers.
Having access to sensory bins in each classroom has empowered our students to identify how they are feeling and choose an appropriate strategy to work through it. Because of you, our students have been able to learn skills needed to handle what life throws at them, both in and out of school. Those are fundamental skills that they will use for the rest of their lives.
Again, thank you for your donation. You can truly see the positive change in emotion our students experience when they use the sensory bins. Their faces light up and they're constantly asking to use them. Thank you so much for bringing positively and support into our students' lives. Because of you, their lives have been changed for the better.”
With gratitude,
