The Magic of Reading Books

The resources have been used to incorporate social emotional learning. We have used the books the most! One day a week we focus on reading one of the I Am In Control Of Myself books and follow the lesson plan and questions in there. The flexible seating has also made a significant change in our classroom. The students love using the cushions while silent or partner reading. Our class has transformed and has focused on early literacy with the use of new books. The students were eager to use all the new seating, that it's difficult to get them out of it!”
