Thank you again for your generous donation to my special education classroom. I feel it is important that children can relate to books that they read by seeing their heritage and culture in the books they read. I had many books for my students, however very few were representative of my students. With your generous donation, all of my students are represented in the books provided AND my organization for shelving books is greatly improved. I can't wait to create a bulletin board above the bookshelf to include more cultural information and celebrate everyone's unique heritage.
