    As I enter my second year of teaching, I am so excited to continue to share my passion for literature and reading with my students, and to create an organized and safe reading area with books that will engage and intrigue students. Because of you, I am able to accomplish this goal.

    My students will now have the resources necessary to participate in small reading groups with on-level materials, which will create rich opportunities for student discussion and engagement.

    Thank you so much for your generous contribution to our classroom mailbox! By having this mailbox, we have been able to create an organized system for our 34 students to receive papers and notices to be sent home.

    As many of our students transition between classrooms, this mailbox has helped to ease some of the rowdiness that comes with transition times. Our students now have a space to keep folders and chromebooks for easy access.
