I work with a diverse group of students who speak different languages, come from different cultures, and have various socioeconomic backgrounds. Students come in the library every period of the day to check out books, use our growing makerspace, and connect with other students. It is a safe place for students, and they are able to rejuvenate themselves from the difficulties they may face. As the school librarian, my goal is to allow students to grow into leaders and readers.

About my class
