  • Explore Me Mateys!

    We are so thankful for your continued support of our classroom. Given a new curriculum this year we are under prepared with materials that are appropriate for preschoolers. With your help my students can now explore what is being taught at a more hands-on level.

    My students couldn't be more excited to use these materials to build, create and use their imagination when learning new material all at the same time. I built a cart to roll around the classroom so children can bring it to where they are playing. I change out the theme every couple of weeks, so it goes along with the curriculum. For example, when we are on the curriculum of balls, the rolling cart will be full of different kind of balls to explore. They can pump up their own balls, they can see different kinds of balls, and the different sizes.

    Again, we can't thank you enough for the on going support for the classroom. With donations like yours, the students have a more hands-on learning level and they can get a deeper meaning of what is being taught.”

  • The Case of the Wiggles

    I am in awe with the amount you have supported my classroom! My little friends now have the seating they need to help them concentrate better at circle time, whole group and small group. For example, I have a friend that will not sit in the cube chairs that the school provided or on the rug. However, now that we have the stumps that children can sit on, he actually comes to circle time AND participates because he is so excited to sit on the stumps!

    We have another friend that when he is upset, he likes to sit in a safe place to calm down, so he goes and sits and gets comfy in the giant bean bag chair. It squeezes him in and gives him pressure, so he can calm down. I have seen a tremendous change in both of these children since I got these materials added to my classroom.

    Again, I can't think you enough again because your materials have made a huge impact in my classroom. Not only do I appreciate it, but the students greatly appreciate it as well!”

  • 1,2,3 Count With Me!

    We are super thankful for the supplies and manipulations you have provided for our classroom! The students have been playing with them during free play and whole group instruction. I have also been using the tools to help with testing and planning so I can see where my students are at with knowing numbers & colors. With your help with your generous donations this will help my 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds get ready for their future years of school.

    My students couldn't have been more excited to get their materials as well! The boxes started to come in and it wasn't only like Christmas to them, but it was also like Christmas to me! So many new manipulatives and toys to explore and be imaginative with. Even though these materials were mainly math related, my students have been being creative and use them for sorting by color, objects that look the same and categories.

    Again, we can't thank you enough for furthering our student's knowledge with the materials you have provided for our classroom!”

  • Tiny Hands Need Help Growing!

    We can't thank you enough for the impact you have made on our classroom. With the age of 3,4 & 5, our friends hands aren't fully developed and need special toys and equipment for them to develop better fine motor skills!

    With your help, you've added so many tools for our classroom that are helping our friends grip, write, pinch, grab, etc. better- all while having fun and playing! (And they don't even know it which is even better!!) This will help them in later years when their hands are fully developed!

  • Do Play Or Not To Play, Lets Get Dramatic!

    I can't thank you enough for contributing to our classroom especially with our dramatic play area.

    My little friends have had a ball being imaginative while playing thanks to all your contributions to the classroom.

    During free play, the students are able to go into the dramatic play area and use the materials that go along with our theme. They get to use their imagination while playing with others to create scenarios and communication all while playing!

  • Read Me: A Must Have Library.

    We put aside a part of the day for our students to look at books. I also begin each of my whole group sessions with a book. So, reading plays a huge factor in my classroom.

    I teach students from ages 3 to 5 and at this age they are starting to learn how to read and how to properly hold and use a book. With your help by adding books to my classroom, they are now introduced to many genres, pictures, characters and different types of texts that are new to them.

    Each week I teach a new theme to the class. It can range anywhere from community workers to life cycles, to certain types of animals, etc. Thanks to you and your contributions to the classroom, we can now enjoy different types of stories to help further expand the content to these young readers. 

    I can't thank you enough again for helping my classroom. Not only are my students super excited, but I am as well. I get to read some of my favorite stories in hopes that it will become their new favorite story too.”
