Funded Jan 29, 2024Your funding allowed me to create an activity that many students described as their favorite of the year. Students were very attentive and engaged from the moment they entered our class on this day. They were eager to interact with the materials and showed genuine excitement to get started. Students' ability to get their hands dirty and physically see erosion and deposition in real life also lead to a notable increase in the accuracy of answering questions about this topic on the unit's final assessment compared to previous years. The activity was so popular, that students came during their free periods just to spend more time playing with the stream tables! My co teacher Luis and I want to thank you for helping us to foster curiosity and interest within our classroom.”
