Getting Comfy and Cozy in the Meeting Area.
Funded Nov 6, 2023I am writing to thank you so very much for your generous donations towards my classroom project, " Getting Comfy and Cozy in the Meeting Area". Your donations made it possible for me to purchase a very large, comfy, colorful, welcoming rug for the front of my classroom.
When the rug was delivered, the children were so excited they couldn't wait to get their floor/rug spots and start enjoying the rug immediately. Needless to say, they have been comfy and cozy ever since! They enjoy having our morning meeting in our meeting area, bringing their book baggies to the meeting area and laying down on the rug during literacy centers and reading, they enjoy doing math in the meeting area, etc. As you can see in the attached photo's the rug that you so generously donated to my class, has finished it off, and made my classroom a comfy and cozy place to be!
